Psychotic Ex wife gives me hell, should I move far away from all this?

I think I have always been MGTOW since childhood. I remember telling my mother how I was never going to get married. I avoided women at all cost but there was this certain woman who convinced me she was different. I married her, had a kid with her and a year later, 3 weeks after the birth of my son she was already cheating on me while I was doing working. She seemed different than or so I thought. She was no different but worse than any other woman. I decided to leave her and the next day she was lined up at the child support office. I don’t pay child support due to my illness, I receive an ssi check for that matter. They told her she couldn’t make me pay child support. She got pregnant the following year and the guy lives with her at her mom’s house. Last night my son who has autism mentioned me that her mother’s boyfriend had aggressively grabbed him from the jaw really hard for wearing his brother’s shoes by mistake which is his kid from both of them. I got so angry and when his mother my “ex wife”came to pick him up I told her about it and somehow she started accusing me of lying and threatening . She started making a scene while pointing her index at my face. We were arguing softy and at one point she stroke me with her to finger as in of form of a push. All I said was, don’t touch me and moved my body back. I told her it hurt and I was going to make a report on her. She replied by saying that she would just say I hit her hand which was a lie. I called the cops and seconds later she did the same. The cops got there and made a report and checked her for any signs of bruises which she claimed I had slapped her hand off. The officers didn’t noticed any signs of aggression on her and they dismissed it. She left saying she was going to press charges on me and she even told my mom for us both to burn in hell as she was leaving. The cops said she couldn’t do anything because nothing happened. They gave me the report case number and left. This is not the first time she makes false accusations I have reports, that’s why I called the cops so they can make a report and be conclusive. I’m so tired of this non stop abuse and I have finally thought about leaving far away and never look back nor call. I love my son but I’m at the end row with her torment and drama she puts me through. Should I leave and start new or should I stay and take it?

You may be able to get your son if you can prove your exs boyfriend is being violent and is living in unsuitable conditions. See if you can document (text or cell phone convos from your ex) about this abuse and contact CPS. Might be hell in court or you may have to cut your losses with not being a major part of your sons life. I’d make a list of positives and negatives on staying or going. Think it through hard.Best of luck to you.

I highly suggest wear a hidden camera when she comes over then you will have real proof. Or you can get a gopro camera and that will make her behave either way you will have evidence if she touches you. I say go with the gopro camera that you can wear which can last about 2 hours.

Thank you for your suggestion. I feel like my son is worth doing all my best to deal with that momster but it is a very dangerous situation, at anytime she could make up problems and false allegations and I will be doomed cause we all know the system is ruled by feminists and manginas. Like free ghost said I could fight it but it will be hell.

I dont suggest having a camera obviously visible. Get one with audio and video. A simple web cam with an extention usb should do fibe. Get a mic without sound reduction. Regardless getting custody is hard. Getting her to incriminate herself is the best chance you have

You are in a dangerous position here.

there is a very rel risk of her making a preemptive strike by going to the cops to say that you have assaulted your son on visitation, she will have no evidence and it will be thrown out without charge but it will make any future report from yourself about violence by the new partner seem like a spiteful revenge accusation.

I have suffered a similar situation and chose to leave, I will not see my son until he is at least 16 and can think for himself a little better.

Think long and hard about it as it is a difficult choice, however the risks in these kind of situations is rarely worth the gamble of remaining an open target

Latin, where are you from? I”m asking because in Canada, ANY accusation is documented and revealed in a criminal record search, ANY.

As in, even if a guy wanted to coach a soccer team, it is likely that he would be denied simply on the premise of accusations revealed on his vulnerable sector criminal record search. Accusations, not charges, simply on the grounds of her gossiping made up bullsh#t.

So much for being considered innocent until proven guilty.

Because in order to be able to think, you have to risk being offensive.

You are absolutely right and I salute you for that. I am on a thin line with me being around this vindictive woman. The worse thing of it all is that my kid has autism and that really hurts due to the fact he can’t speak much and he’s only 8. I tears me apart but I also have to think about my myself too. She got caught cheating and thats why she is mad. Anywhere I go I will never even give any woman the time or the day. Thankyou..

I’m from Texas, this state is hard on any man. The good thing was that when the police showed up one of them was going through the same problem. I really think he was a mgtow level 1 but who knows. He understood she was lying and I also had a another report from when my son was 1 year old. I went to pick up my son and she started arguing about me not giving money even though she was pregnant from another man after I had left her. She started hitting herself on the face and broke all my cds and started scratching her arms and called the police. The video footage showed her inside the car and I was outside trying to calm her down from a distance. It’s really scary and messed up that anytime she can could mess up my life for good. That’s why I just want to disappear for good.
