A few years back was when I had my first eye opening experience to the nature of women. Since the time of this incident, it has always kept me on my toes. I was 22 and new to Tokyo nightlife. I came from a VERY small town in America, so having an abundance of beautiful and unknown women was new to me. Not long after arriving to this bar, a sexy women came over and talked with me for about 5-10 minutes. When my drink finished, she then offered the idea of buying her a drink when I went for a new one. Without hesitation I did, and then she preceded to “go to the bathroom” immediately after I handed it to her. You already know she didn’t return because she got what she wanted. It was my first time I experienced something so blatantly rude by someone. After a short time passed, I headed to the bathroom to break my seal for the night, but on the way there, I saw her with her friends. She saw me and immediately turned hoping I wouldn’t see her. I think that p~~~ed me off more than the drink she had walked off with. I walked straight over and asked her how the drink was (which was still 75% full still). She said “good” but proceeded to step off to the side to avoid me now. At this point, I wanted nothing to do with anyone who could be so rude. Before I walked away though, something came over me, and I took the drink out of her hand, slammed it all, and handed it back empty. The look on her and her friends faces was amusing, but the lesson I learned that day, priceless.
