As I find myself making the daily rounds on MGTOW.com, I found myself reading an article “Sandman is down” for a second time. This also echoes the result of a previous post I just read regarding “John the other, or JTO”. Seems he too has lost his perspective on what it is too be MGTOW. Out of curiosity, I am wondering if this is to become a trend at some point. A trend not in the aspect of it being popular, but more-so in the sense that maybe the occurrence of men losing focus will become common place.

My question is what has driven these two individuals to that point? Where the so self absorbed in their own ideals that their initial understanding of MGTOW philosophy somehow mutated along the way? Did they not have a solid foundation to begin with? Or perhaps their resilience/ testicular fortitude was somehow diminished due to a perceived Unicorn/ NAWALT exposure.

It’s also scary to think about. Some guys have apparently been in the trenches for so long, they forget which direction the objective is in so to speak. Any other input on this?

My opinion on the matter is simple, Sandman falls under the extreme category of MGTOW and honestly he posts far too many videos too frequently to even give himself a clear perspective on his beliefs. Do I find a lot of his content relevant? Of course I do hell I even cite it during some of my discussions but note that I said a lot and not all. Some videos that threw me off was him considering Ayn Rand “A God Amongst MGTOW” largely due to Atlas Shrugged and The Matrix Trilogy being the perfect MGTOW film trilogy. Yes we use the term red pill a lot but let us not pretend that the Matrix is a perfect MGTOW series. Think about it, while it was male dominated and most women played no real role (the women that did played very strong roles), it was ultimately a woman that motivated NEO to not only take the red pill but to also be “the one” and even confront the master machine at 01 directly. I think he’s gotten to the point where he’s overdosed on red pills to the point where he’s almost become what is known as male chauvinist. Although I say that, I believe that he is a very intelligent and influential person in the community that has done a lot of good to raise awareness of our plight and cause. Because of that I feel that he’s more than capable of getting himself back on track. He simply needs to take longer breaks to sit back and observe with a clearer mind.

What happened with John the other?Could you give a link please.I mean last time i watched him he was pretty mgtow.

And on the sandman, stardusk knew he was fake and predicted that s~~~.The thing is sandman never had focus to begin with.

About the losing focus thing, once you’ve lost focus it doesn’t mean you’ll never go mgtow again you just need another encounter with a t~~~.Every t~~~ is a NAWALT in the beginning and they’re all t~~~s at the end.I don’t think this will be a trend, but hey i might be wrong.

How do you guys believe sandman has lost focus, or gone awry in his mgtow focus? Specifically. I’ve seen a lot of s~~~ talking about him lately, but no real substance. Consider the volume of his output and the consistent perspicacity of his insights.

I just provided substance in my comment. It is ok and hell I would even consider normal for a MGTOW to falter as we humans aren’t perfect. We’re not saying that he’s being a traitor or anything like that, rather he simply needs to take a break and breathe as some of it like the ones I’ve mentioned certainly do bring question marks. Again I think he does a great service to the community but the dude beats himself up with the amount of videos he’s posting. I’m assuming he does it as a form of therapy but too much of any therapy usually isn’t a good thing.
