I have been wondering about the effect of the upward movement of women in the workplace and am curious on your thoughts on MGTOW economic success (or lack thereof) in a good economy or a faltering one.  What I am getting at is – do you think that men are going to have to rely more (financially) on women in our present social structure?

I will start with the way I see things (please point me in the right direction if I am off in the weeds):

  • I see more and more women gaining positions of power in the workplace.
  • Men are assumed to be stupid until they can beat a woman at her own game.  Even after he ‘scores’ a ‘win’ suspicion of ‘fair-play’ is brought forth.
  • At some companies woman’s groups (ie Woman Engineers) are strongly encouraged.  Only a misogynist would not want to support that- eh??
  • I feel that – if I started (or wanted to) a man-only group – that HR would be building a file on me.

I probably could think of more – but I must get on to other things here at home now…

I hope it helps some of you younger guys.

I would’nt be too worried at work.  Women are their worst enemies so learn to use it against them and you’ll become their leader and they will be happy to do your bidding.

Last week I took a five day intensive course in molecular biology.  It was two thirds female as they are taking over biology just as they plan to do to the STEM fields.

On the last day we had a lab practical.  We were broken up into four groups of eight.  Our group had six women and two men. Me being educated from here on the ways of taking care of myself around women, at first I ignored them, MGTOW style, but watched the pecking order form.

The women were new PhDs, around 30, and very intelligent, feminists all.

The first day of the course I tested them by kindly asking if putting my leg half over my knee was “man spreading”  they all knew exactly what it meant.  Half  said of course it was and the other half were unsure…as a group they all tried to tow the feminist line but couldn’t even agree to that.  So my test told me I was in the vipers den and I knew I could use they’re feminism against them.

Back to the practical, the last day of the course.  The men in the group were me and a 30 year old really nice guy who clearly worked out.  The first  thing the women did , even before we began discussing the problem, was target and eliminate him.  All of them at once, for daring to say the word “we” they came on.  Their attrack was swift, they stated that his “we” meant he was talking about his biceps.   They saw a weakness, his vanity, and pounced as one.

He was immediately shunned.  He was pushed out and he ended up with his chair at the other table and never had a chance to learn anything from the practical.  I’m sure this made him confused. You could see he was performing like a trained seal for these women that would have been very happy if he died and blew away

I played things differently.  There was an older woman, like 70, I befriended and I ignored the little girls.  When we started the project I immediately took control by talking first reading the problem and asking what they thought.   As women the could not get over their natural cattiness I saw their weakness and my tool against them.

I talked first and “suggested what they should do” I immediately seemed in charge.  When the hard work started they began trying to out do each other.    It was a lot of busy work, it looked hard, so I let them do it.  You know they’re empowered modern femifascists.

Whenever they got stuck I told them, I didn’t ask them, what to do and then shut up.   Why, they had some hard work to do following my orders.

During all this they didn’t let the nice guy near the discussion.  I would have helped him but was too far gone down the pussy beggar pass.  If he got too close one of them would pull him  aside and sort of fake flirt with him.  He lost a day of a course important for his job and each day cost $200.00.

Half way through the project, one female started ranting that we should split up.  This was bad for me on two separate levels.   First it would look bad to the teacher as a big part of the project consisted of showing we could work in a group.  Second I would have to do some work.  And, we know, as the feminist double speak tells us, women work better than men in groups, big big bulls~~~.

At this point I’m in control of this herd of cat’s, no need to micromanage,  I want those superior females to do the hard work like looking stuff up, trying to out do each other and typing the project up.

They all started yacking.  The work stopped, this was bad, I had to play my trump card.  I whispered in the ear of the older woman that I thought this was a terrible idea.

I specifically did not get involved in trying to herd a group of over educated, in every way privileged cats.

She of course strongly agreed with me and the two of us as one told them to shut up and get back to working as a group.  I told them that we would be graded on our ability to work together.  I didn’t ask.  I told them.

They all, except Mr Nice Guy, slumped their collective shoulders, retook the same seats and pecking order and got right back to work.

They’re females so knew exactly what happened and secretly liked having the firm leadership of a man.  Two of the girls gave me the look of death as they quickly took their seats and got to work.

This gave me a rest, all I had to do was keep them on track and away from cattiness and yacking.  As they were firmly yoked it was time for for old HR to read my iPad, someone had to relax.

When we were finished, I was satisfied with their work, we waited for our presentation.

Knowing, obviously, giving the presentation was a lot of work and would reveal that I was the one calling the shots to their exclusion, and the prettiest girl who had done the typing so was most familiar with our results I quietly whispered to the prettiest one to do the presentation.   Sex sells.

She selfishly and with a clear plan in mind told me a firm “No!”.  I didn’t argue with her or show emotion.  I just used their vanity against them.

We all knew someone had to do it and they never even dared to “tell” me what to do, so another fem volunteered.

At the time of the presentation, and without giving a hint of what Iwas about to do, I immediately grabbed the mic and stood up and hijacked the presentation.

I bulls~~~ted about how important our problem was and how the others in class should vote ours as best.

I then calmly handed the mic to the volunteer as if this was our plan.  This gave the appearence that I was in charge and handed the mic to my underling for the details.  The girls pretended this was their plan so as not to look bad.

As was the plan of the pretty girl, the volunteer flopped and the pretty girl “was forced to save the day” by stepping in.  It made her look smarter, well played.

Problem was she was not a leader.  She was a she-ple.

When the most important part came, publically defending our proposition under the teachers questioning, I kept my mouth shut.  The pretty girl literally answered “I don’t know”.  Bad answer in business.

After I let her sink in her lack of confidence and inability to think on her feet, right away, I piped in and defended our position with facts that I hadn’t shared with those intelligent independent women.  They said nothing and pretended we had all thought of it but the teacher and other students could tell I was in charge.

When the presentation was officially over, I quickly stated in front of my group and the whole class, “just one more thing I was thinking of during the coffee break” and proceeded to go a little beyond the project making me look like the whole affair was my idea.

We did a good job, I looked great and didn’t have to lift a finger, and became the darling of the girls when we all went out for drnks later.

But I must admit one group did better than us.  Their plan was not as good but their team was mainly men.  As people who actually work better together, they had formed an organization, were organized and confident.

They weren’t burdens with a bunch of ego driven females.

The moral of this story is to not be so worried about women in the workplace.  Even if they seem in charge they’re not, some dude is.  It is as it has ever been.  You young guys have to realize they litterally have no b~~~~ and like a man in charge.

You just have to be subtle, go your own way, let them follow, use their natural competitive nature against them, don’t ever show weakness and don’t tell them they have a fat ass.

That’s the worst sin in their femi-verse.

I have a clue about females, relevant to nature, horses in particular:

Approach a horse head-on, the horse will buck or bite; turn your back on the horse and the horse will approach, and likely be breathing over your shoulder looking for recognition, turn toward the horse, and the horse will retreat, turn away from the horse and start walking, the horse will start following… Goats display this manner too…

You young guys can learn to stop being bucked and bitten with the information given here freely, I wish I had MGTOW knowledge when I was 18, looking back it would have been priceless…

Take Care MG-Tower.
