“Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. The phrase gives three examples of the “unalienable rights” which the Declaration says have been given to all human beings by their Creator, and which governments are created to protect.

A man who has to pay alimony is not allowed to quit his job assuming that he doesn’t have vast amounts of savings to pay alimony. He is allowed to get fired from his job and then fight for lower alimony payments.

The right to quit a job should be an essential part of “the pursuit of happiness”. Without this right, what’s the difference between a slave and a divorced man?

Is alimony unconstitutional? If yes, shouldn’t the supreme court ban alimony?

MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.

Good lucking finding justice or expecting the court system to live up to the high-minded verbage of founding documents.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

Nah they just found that her happiness is more important than him because vagina and muh feeling

Edit: this extend to life and liberty too. Mother life > babies. Mother liberty > daddys (severity of jail sentence and woman empowerment)

The Constitution is dead. Politicians and judges are all mentally sick. They are all effeminate, pussy-whipped, pathetic, fools.

    Yes without question.

    Am I missing something?

Freedom is taken not given, if you want it you destroy your oppressors.

A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
