I plan to go absolute ghost starting next morning. I’m cutting off everyone from my past life. They are strings attached to a bridge beyond repair. I am a new person as of tommorow. My plan:

1) Dont make calls to women, or initiate first contact // receive or deny them.
2) Speak when spoken to at all times to limit interactions with our s~~~ty society.
3) Drastically shift personalities from “Extroverted Nice Guy” to “Selfish and Goal-Oriented High Value Male”
4) Telling women what they want to hear for the sole purpose of gaining sex without commitment
5) Practice on the ugly ones / damaged goods type of woman
6) Learn to manipulate and use women to beat them at their own games.
7) Re-Wire myself to genuinely not give a f~~~; giving a f~~~ and then practicing not giving that f~~~ still means you give a f~~~.

Find a purpose/ goal to focus on, helps with the loneliness.

Stop buying things. Literally.

A manipulator and seducer of women is the opposite of this. He is putting on a show. He is dressing himself up as what women want in order to shag them (which they do want). He is giving women what they want, maybe not all they want but certainly something they want.

To have sex with a woman, even a massive slut (like most modern western women are) you have to invest your time and energy in courting her, even if its only briefly.) This is seeking an interaction not avoiding one. Even if you are picking up casual sluts you are very carefully arranging yourself to give the right impression of a high value male. Go in all scruffy in old unfashionable clothes with unkempt hair, ignore the women unless they talk to you and then give no compliments and spend as little money as possible and you will find that actually no woman even noticed your existence unless you got in her way.

I am not a ghost and not a PUA either but I can see the two positions are mutually exclusive. One seeks to stand out one seeks to vanish.

If you seek to stand out and you seek interaction with women you make yourself a target for your quarry (dumb sluts). These are the interactions the ghost is trying to avoid. He is not a ghost because he hates interactions with women. (He is probably as attracted to women as any other man). He just hates the risk of negative results when women lack accountability and decency). This position is incompatible with seducing women.

Couple of hints on instruments for your rebuilding process:

Whatever your own special way might be, please, do your own research on how to use your own brain effectively – IMO it is main factor defining your own way and success in it.

1. Any of your encounters with gynocentric bulls~~~, females, and blue pillers would consume not only your money / attention etc., it would consume your time and stuck in your brain structure.
Re-wiring your brain synapse networks would require quite some time. The earlier your start, the easier it goes. Also it could be overwritten with new ones, literally.
Just literally don’t pay any attention to old blue pilled ones and learn something new. Old ones would re-write itself with speed of ~ 3 old synapses destroyed and ~ 3 new synapses formed per neuron per day.

2. Your talents and abilities, for most significant and crucial part, are defined by your own special brain construction (various functional zones, number of cells in it, number of synapses per neuron, etc.)

One of ways to define it is to test various kinds of activities and choose one / several of most satisfying and easy-going activities, which brings most effective and significant results (in your own special way terms) which could be picked up as field for professional study / career to develop it further.

3. At least up to 25 year old (and further on) your brain is still actively forming large synapse networks, so you can learn new info more easier and effective than in more advanced age. Please, use it wisely.

4. You could use your hormones as additional tool for study, development and rebuilding process. It helps a lot if it is used properly.
