MGTOW has given me the courage to stop being a mangina and be a man for the first time in my life. No longer am I scared of my masculinity, and I do not blame men for all the problems in society. I am sure most of you do not know what a fundamentalist christian home schooled childhood is like, this video will likely introduce that to you

MGTOW for life!

And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

One of these little ones. Whether child or adult, a pure, simple soul, which has a certain faith it be not strong enough to resist all attack.

The sin of abusing a little one is so great in the eyes of our Redeemer, He would prefer that you drown yourself in the ocean.

In the beginning, God created the heaven, earth, all creatures, and man. He saw that it was good. Historically, it could be said that God was the first to say “It’s all good”. I joke here but God created man. He loves us (men) for what we are and what our potential is. Not to get too fundamental here, but if you are a christian please point out the fault in my reasoning.

"I asked you a question. I didn't ask you to repeat what the voices in you head are telling you" ~ Me. ........Yes I'm still angry.

My sister didn’t face as harsh of punishments, even when she got pregnant by someone! I’m still a faithful person myself (I don’t believe the abuse was Christian in nature at all), but a lot of it came from my own Biblical research and understanding the context behind everything.

Example: My mother cheated on my dad many times. When I confronted her about it, I was told “it was wrong to judge her for it.” She would go all “Biblical” on me for it. I wish I had the Biblical knowledge I have now to use on her back then (such as, the Bible doesn’t even condemn judgment…unless it’s hypocritical).

Anyway, I’m still sitting through your video and not exactly enjoying the story (I would never enjoy a story on abuse), but I’m relating to it COMPLETELY so far.

You went to Trinity Fellowship in Friendswood? Funny, I think I know where that is! I live VERY close to that area. Just found that interesting, too!

I am open to the concept of a God entity, but reject the image that christianity gives people. I think what is out there is much more complex. The thing about the bible is, it condones violence against child from parents.

Proverbs 22:15

Folly is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline will drive it far away.

That verse was the theme song for my parents abuse towards me. He saw children as evil little sinners, and he was supposed to beat it out of them. I have no respect for christianity because it is open to interpretation and therefore, abusive behavior that is justified using the bible

Thanks for listening to the story, it is an honest account of what I experienced. So glad you understand where I am coming from!!! You where where that church is!? hahaha small world!! I left Friendswood in 2007 and have not been back except for a few visits while in the military, but last time I was there was 2012 for a sisters wedding. I get that most christians are not abusive and my parents were extreme, but my issue is that the bible allowed them to do what they did, since they felt it was all backed by scripture. I am so glad you are healing from the abuse you suffered and found peace with your beliefs, it is still a maze for me.

My understanding about punishments towards children is that it wasn’t intended to be an abusive thing, but enough to provoke a certain kind of fear into them. I was taught that punishment was not to be used out of anger (which would DEFINITELY be abuse), but to be done as a lesson so that the child doesn’t commit that kind of wrongdoing in their adult years and face a far harsher punishment. The way I see it, in Biblical times it would be far better for a child to get a literal slap on the wrist for stealing than to literally lose their hand in their adult years and not have any idea why. Words can be pounded into kids’ brains that “this and that are wrong”, but some will still rebel regardless.

AGAIN, though. I completely agree that abuse is inexcusable in all aspects. Your parents would be (certainly no offense intended toward you or your family) what would be defined as “lukewarm Christians.” The type that justify their bad behavior with a certain twisting of a Bible verse or two. My mother certainly did the same. My dad just followed along with whatever she wanted, though they did argue a heck of a lot. It’s funny how the divorce between them didn’t happen until 2009 when my dad found peace in another woman…that’s when my mother, despite having cheated on my dad numerous times, decided to take action. That would be an example of “hypocritical judgment,” haha.

I certainly wouldn’t say the Bible allowed them to do what they did; they just used it as an excuse. My mother used God as an excuse all the time. “God forgives me for cheating, so that’s all that should matter!” She’s the very “once saved always saved” type. I’m a LITTLE like that, but I have issues with those that will continually sin after “being saved.” It makes me wonder if they truly were repenting in the first place. The same could possibly be said about your parents, too.

Then there are the stories where the many-times-over convicted catholic pedophile priest takes the alter boy into the shower, bends the 7 year-old boy over, and goes b~~~~ deep.

At the time of Martin Luther (not King, please…) it was widely known in Rome that for the Pope’s birthday his staff would create a huge birthday cake large enough for several young, naked boys that leapt out at the correct signal. These are just a few of the reasons why I believe the catholic church should be burned to the ground, placing the ashes in landfills.

I used to go to this protestant church as a kid and the youth pastors were a wonderful married couple with five great kids. I bet you think you know where this story is going. So the husband was caught by the wife molesting the children…his own. The church is the perfect place to hide in plain sight.

My personal/practical philosophy is that life is a s~~~-sandwich…and there’s plenty for everyone to eat. I would venture to say that if you grew up in the same household, just secular, your childhood would have been just as s~~~ty. Why? Life is a s~~~-sandwich and it doesn’t matter what filter you look at life through, life is full of bad s~~~ punctuated by extremely rare, infrequent dots of good. It’s called reality, and reality is a c~~~. Ever seen a children’s cancer hospital with small kids wasting away with no hair, no hope, in pain, sheet white? If Jesus, Allah, Mohamed or Buddha care about innocent kids dying from terrible, painful diseases, they sure have a strange way of showing it. And no…the fall of Adam doesn’t cut it. God knew Adam would “fall” with the ensuing events, and did nothing. He even feigned surprise…”what have you done?”…like he didn’t know. I mean, couldn’t god have just put up a barbed wire/razor wire/high voltage fence around the Tree Of Life?

Men have the responsibility, nay!…the opportunity, of seeing life AS IT IS and not how we would want it to be. Existence can be sweet if it is seen for what it truly is.

I could not agree with you more! I have had my illusions about family, romance and politics shattered and I no longer buy the story that society is trying to sell me. I look forward to the day I leave this planet, it is full of people I do not relate too, MGTOW’s are easily the closest anyone has gotten yet lol. However, I am not suicidal and I actually enjoy my life since becoming a MGTOW. The only problem is 99% of the men I come across are not, and the women are all trash. Some the worst psychopaths hide behind the cloak of religion.
