Well I just turned 29 in March .

I’m on medication for the last 5 or 6 years I had a bad time of it and it caught up with me one way or another so I’m on the mend as we speak I’ve no bad habits lol prob have more than the next guy who admits he has lol

 

As an intro I could say more but I probably have a bit of cop on ha maybe I am not 12 after all lol anyways nice to meet yez

What brought me here was I was studying my course I have by Dr Paul Dobransky ever hear of him lads bang on material for growth and feeling like a man but yeah he mentions MGTOW on one of his programs so just going back through things when I found it so just getting to understand the lingo on here I’ll report anything worth it
