Harriet Harman – misconduct in public office?

We all know that Harriet Harman has told the police to ignore evidence and get as many convictions against men as possible for ‘violence against women and girls’.

Here’s a news story in which it is alleged a jogger ‘pushes’ a woman.

But the picture shows the jogger in the edge and the female in the middle refusing to move towards her left. The pictures suggest she barged into him and came off worse.

Also, why have the cctv images been doctored to remove the upper half of the jogger’s body when it is alleged he pushes her?

This has a very similar MO to the Mark Pearson case when it’s alleged the police or CPS doctored the CCTV evidence to persecute an innocent man walking through a train station.

Is this the man committing a crime, or is it an innocent accident and the fault of a woman who barged into a jogger who had no where to go? Or is this a feminist zealot committing a crime of misconduct in public office? Here’s the prosecution guidance, you decide

but it is hard to tell from the video. It does look like he pushes her deliberately and to be honest he might just be a dick. Most people in London are complete wastes of space

For what it’s worth, I left a comment suggesting the woman could have been at fault. Everyone was else was posting white knight outrage.

Yes. And good for you. Follow the evidence not the hysteria.

There are 4 points that call this into question.

1) The shadow on the bridge is quite telling. The man in the distance in one of the pictures is much more to the left of that shadow than the woman.

2) The man is towards the stone wall of the bridge in the edge. Why does the woman refuse to move out of the joggers way like the other man did?

3) The top of the pictures have been cut out when it is alleged he pushes her.

4) Harriet Harman has told police to ignore evidence and prosecute men no matter what.

We can’t tell for sure without seeing the full video footage, but on the evidence presented it leans towards the woman being reckless and the police being instructed to ignore evidence and pervert the course of justice against men.

The evidence certainly doesn’t support the news story that has been published, so another example of fake news.

That jogger twisted his body to lessen the impact throwing her foot stride out of line and into his path making contact and sending her flying totally unintentionally and tried to soften or avoid the impact, neither seemed to be paying attention.

If her head got squished by that car that swerved to avoid her he’d be facing trumped up first degree murder charges!

Yes, 99.9% are medically certified toxic and mentally unstable.

I was walking in the city a couple of weeks back, following the flow of people when some crazy woman just completely changed direction straight at me and barged into the side of me.

I ignored it and continued walking. It was technically an assault on her part, but it’s not like PC filth are going to do anything about it, because vagina.

Shame it wasn’t this same woman because I would be contacting the man and sharing the evidence that the crazy woman has a habit of deliberately barging into men.

I think it might be the latest scam here in the UK so they can try and claim compensation from a Government scheme. UK men beware. Bodycam.

I would also add not only BODYCAM

but any UK man, keep your hands in your pockets while out walking in public and there are women around.

If you’re on CCTV showing your hands in your pockets, you couldn’t have sexually assaulted her or pushed her. It’s a great defence. We seem to be seeing this nonsense a lot here in UK, with the police trying to invent violence against women and girls against innocent men in public

There’s a slowed down version of the video here, Tower was right, he trips over her foot and it turns his body (I couldn’t see the video on the story page above, as my security must be blocking it). He didn’t shove her, he was just trying to avoid falling. And it’s hardly like he fled the scene, he came back running the other way a while later so that’s evidence it was just an accident and her fault.

She was definitely reckless though as she was deliberately on the side of other people coming his way, the man in front of her was polite and the accident didn’t happen with him.

The whole thing looks odd to me. Both parties seem unaware of the collision. Neither party made any real attempt to avoid it. No one slowed downed, sped up, or changed direction. I’d have to say that the jogger should be more aware. Seriously, how do you run on a relatively busy side walk like that and not be aware of who you could potentially run in to?

As far as ‘right of way’, it looked liked they both were walking in the middle of the side walk. If it was US, you generally move on the right side, but UK would be left, correct? I can see why she didn’t go further left because of the on coming traffic, but why wasn’t he further over on the right? Is there a fear of falling over the edge?

And obviously, the jogger didn’t think much of the collision. He never looked back to see if there was any damage. Which makes me think it’s happen before with little effect. Perhaps he got tired of moving out of the way of walkers who were not paying attention and decided he wasn’t going to do it anymore. Despite that, I don’t think it gives you the right to run over people, any more then it gives a car driver the right to run over a jay walker.

So yea, I say this is a minor offense that could have turned out worse. Fine the jogger maybe, but there is nothing to benefit from putting him in jail. Probably the best thing to do is to post signs reminding walkers and joggers a like to pull head out of ass and pay attention.

Ok. Then do it.

I almost had a similar incident on my bike this weekend.

People with common sense ride single file on the right side of the trail when there’s oncoming traffic. Don’t know what this dumb old woman was thinking but she saw me from a 1/4 mile away and never moved over.

Maybe 15 feet in front of me I yelled at her to get out of the way. She tried to swerve to the left of me, then swerved back right. I had my GoPro running so if something would have happened I had evidence.

I see men riding two wide all the time too and it’s annoying, people just suck.
