tonight we were supposed to be having a beer and football night at mine and all of a sudden a few hours before he suddenly has to housesit as her parents were supposed to be going away tomorrow but they have decided to go away today….seriously who “decides” to go on holiday a day early? Total bulls~~~ and she has been muscling in on our football times as she goes with him now as she is “into football” so no doubt she has told him she wants to watch it with him so I am dumped and get the lame excuse

I hate to dump a really good friend of over ten years but I think I’ve reached that point – he has moaned to me about her and she just screams of being insecure as all women are and I guess she sees me as a threat and all of us on here know the first job of a girlfriend is to remove his friends…..well job complete bitch

1) She wants to pawn him off on one of her marriageable “friends” (I put friends in quotes because I do not believe that woman are capable of having friends).

2) She sees him as a potentially better meal ticket then her current husband and wants to see if she can seduce him and leave her husband.

I’ve had quite a few friendships like that in my lifetime,  They need the ball and chain attached to them because they don’t want to get into “arguments” and be apologetic and sorry looking simps.  If they do tell their wives or girlfriends “I’m gonna hang out with the guys”, most of the time the female makes damn sure to get back at Him for “Leaving her alone”.

My best friend was like that, we knew each other since high school, went to the same college, After we both graduated college he started dating more and got to see less and less of Him. However, when his girlfriend was out of town, or busy with something, I’d get non-stop calls to go hang out on a whim when i either had work, or was busy doing something.

I finally called him out one day, and pointed why do i get ditched when his girl is around?, His excuse was he didn’t want to “hear it” from his girl.  my whole thing in life is loyalty, I’m going to do my damnest to fight for you as a friend and be there for you, if you’re my friend you might as well say you’re my family. But when people flake, or f~~~ with my time or my emotions, I’m out.

We had the drink up planned for weeks and I got ditched in a heartbeat. I am not bothering with him anymore….no more me trying to arrange anything or initiate contact as I am not playing second fiddle to anyone. As Deus Ex says when she isn’t around I suddenly get bombarded with texts asking what I’m up to and how my week is going etc and I am going to stop responding or at least cut it to a minimum and whenever we next meet and he wants to bitch about her the subject will change quickly as I’m not playing his sounding board when he fancies a moan and then to her face he is lovey dovey and cutting me off
