Some have won some have lost.

Bars are in the business of selling alcohol. Their every business practice is to increase the consumption of the notorious date rape drug alcohol.

But thinking about it from another point of view, encouraging women to come in early, happy hour, and come in free, ladies night, is encouraging over consumption of alcohol and leading to potential sexual assault of these now overly enibriated women.

Thus setting up rape factories.

We already know that bar tenders can be held liable for not cutting someone off from drinking and them later getting in a DUI, why shouldn’t bar owners/tenders be responsible for encouraging women’s over consumption of alcohol reducing their ability to meaningfully consent to sex. Encouraging rape!

By this way of thinking bars should be held as co-conspiritors in non-consentual sex caused by being to drunk to consent.

Wouldn’t this put a big dent in the prevalence of sexual assault?

Perhaps a drinking limit enforced by having a drinking limit for women only should be encouraged by our politicians to stem this tidal wave of rape.

When a person drinks the behavior they do is their responsibility. It is not rape when a person gets drunk and then gets laid. It is just another case of avoiding responsibility and playing a victim.

Then again, there are also guys commenting on the same post that say “that’s so sexist!  Haha, just being sarcastic!”

Especially as she can change her mind about having been raped …. YEARS later.

You’re correct HR, bars allowing free and early entry for women are conspiring to cause rape.

This could very well be a good starting point in ‘men’ getting rape law changed.

Can you imagine no more free entry or free/discounted drink for the girls.

Also a ban on ‘girls night out’ as being sexist.

Maybe make women sign a waver when buying wine etc.

They are … after all …. potential victims with child like behaviours.

They must be protected.

Thus setting up rape factories.

Can you imagine the stench on the assembly line floor, if this was a real thing. You know on second thought, don’t.

Seriously though, I have two points to add:

Firstly, according to the current feminist dogma, all men are rapists, so by their logic any interaction between the sexes must encourage rape.

Secondly, where would all the strong, independent near/post-wall single mothers be able to spermjack hapless men without an alcohol soaked, dimly lit nightlife. If a few of them get assaulted in the process it will merely serve to reinforce their victim status narrative. Imagine how many ‘happy-accidents’ would not have taken place were these events to take place in the light of day, when judgement is sober & their is no drunken fog to mistake a painted deuce for a dime.

@H.R.Pufnstuf,  I did not see that as sarcasm.  It could actually be argued in a court.  I fully expect some feminist to find your post and start a campaign as the Lady’s Night is just another example of the Evil Oppressive Patriarchy.

Haha! Here’s the thing, being a man walking in after the show has ended, you are subjected to extremely aggressive horned up  females, these females will grab and maul you… It would be interesting to do a video on this because it is a societal double standard that needs to be exposed….

If it were the other way around, women would be charging and suing for rape/sexual assault.

Because in order to be able to think, you have to risk being offensive.
