Let’s do some math.

In my experience, which is a lot, “regular” women have about 6 sexual partners per year. I have asked many women and 6 seems to always pop up (mode).

The most dangerous STD’s are chronic and difficult to treat. These include genital warts, herpes and HIV. Syphilus (sp?) is rare, gonorrhea and chlamydia are easily treatable by a short course of antibiotics.

Let’s assume we are 40 and wish to date women our own age. So that’s 40-18= 22 years x 6 sex partners per year = 132 partners, each of which might have warts, herpes or HIV.

For a 21 year old escort “seeing” 5 men per day for 4 days per week we have 21-18 = 3 years x 5 men per day x 4 days per week = 60 total sexual partners each of which might have warts, herpes or HIV.

So the risk for “regular” women is 132 lifetime partners divided by 132 + 60 or 192 total sex partners for both groups or a risk of 69%.

For a 21 year old escort the risk is 60 lifetime partners divided by 192 or 31%.

So the relative risk of severe lifetime STD’s from a 40 year old hag is about 70% and the risk of severe lifetime STD’s from a 21 year old escort is 30%.

This jives with studies from the Netherlands that show that the lifetime risk of women up to age 60 of genital warts is about 60%.

Summary:

Relative risk of STD’s from “regular” 40 year old: 70%
Relative risk of STD’s from 21 year old escort : 30%

Interesting and likely true thought experiment.

The ‘agency’ I use have there ‘workers’ tested and not only that, the ‘workers’ carry that with them.
