I haven’t done this to any of ’em yet, because it’s hilarious to see them so confused why I’d want their “company” but also reserve and would choose him over them nearly every day all day when I’m not working to hang out with the man that’s practically my brother I never had.
I always respond quickly with “why, are a you a homophobe?” Turn the attempt at shaming right back on to them. Works like a charm.

I’ve really thought about asking that just to throw them off with some SJW-esque name-calling. But in reality I ignore it and don’t answer them. That’s their “punishment.” It’s annoying, but I typically just laugh it off…honestly:

I’m sitting here watching the Republican Convention, and I realize that Americans like to talk a lot about what a great nation we are. This question is more for the guys who aren’t American, but of course everyone’s opinions are welcome.
So, a few questions for you guys:
1. How is American viewed outside the US? Are we a good friend or an obnoxious overbearing country?
2. Are we an ally with your interests at heart, or do we push our ideology on other countries?
3. Do we seem to vote against ours and your best interest?
4. Do you prefer when we vote for a Democrat or a Republican? Not necessarily in this election, but in general.
I’m just curious how you guys view my country from your self interest.

1. – I can only speak for the UK and by no means everyone. Most people I know view the US favorably. Personally my only gripe would be the occasional arrogance some show towards other cultures, including other democracies. An American once told me this was due to lack of education through schools, promoting US greatness (as it should) but failing to recognize any achievements elsewhere, therefore giving the impression they were better than everyone else. I don’t know how true this is. Any comment will be welcome. I find this far less now since the internet and people can communicate easily on a global scale.
2. – As far as the UK is concerned we are and will always be allies and friends. I’m not so sure about the middle east. You, us and no one will ever change their own beliefs or culture for our kind of democracy. The whole middle east is a mess. When you say ‘we’ I see it as the US government not the people.
3. – Without really understanding internal politics in the US I’m not really qualified to comment. However there always seems to be more people unhappy with government than happy. Bit like the UK really! You should however always vote for your own best interests.
4. – Once again I don’t know the pro’s and con’s of each party in detail. I’m certainly not a leftist so if forced to vote, as it is I’d vote for Trump

I don’t think America is liked among Australians or Italians, that’s the sentiment that I get anyway. Most Australians think that your government is war hungry, and that Americas aren’t the brightest bunch.

As for having our interests at heart, I don’t really know what you mean. The U.S most certainly don’t have the interests of the Australian people at heart, but you don’t seem to have the interests of your own people at heart either so..
3. Do we seem to vote against ours and your best interest? Yes, I think most Australians and Italians are highly skeptical of exactly who U.S operations benefit.
4. Do you prefer when we vote for a Democrat or a Republican? Not necessarily in this election, but in general. I think people across the globe are a little confused about politics on home soil, let alone in the U.S. I would be surprised if most Australians or Italians could name a single candidate other then Trump or Clinton. That being said Australians and Italians seem to like more liberal candidates.

Not exactly. The Republican and Democratic right wing establishments have been pro-Israel. The left-wing progressives, like Bernie Sanders and Chomsky, are the only ones against Israeli aggression in the Middle East. Both Trump and Clinton attended the conference of the pro-Israel Action Committee. Sanders was the only one who refused to attend. Credit to these men who were born Jews to have the courage to stand against Zionist imperialism.
Unless they are breaking some campaign financing law, I don’t see why the FBI would care. I didn’t think that political parties were subject to any kind of rules.
I’m sure some are going to be turned off of Clinton for this stuff, but the majority of Clinton supports will not be dissuaded. Bernie supporters aren’t going to jump on the Trump bandwagon. I suppose they may go to the green party, but not enough to move the needle. Trump supporters already had enough ammunition.
I personally an not at all surprised that the DNC favored Clinton from the beginning. Politicians are about maintaining power, and there is no way they would want put up an old white socialist as they’re poster boy, killing off much of the DNCs corporate backing if a miracle happened and he actually won.

Same here. I didn’t like any choices when the candidates first announced they were going to run. I’d rather have Trump as well, but I just wish better choices overall were available. Which makes me avoid getting into politics all the more.
Plus, like Keymaster always says “voting is just giving someone consent to govern you.” I don’t want anyone to govern me, which is why I don’t vote.

Thanks to elections in the US coming up, politics are in the air. But I’ve largely realized that they are pointless. You can find where you stand on the political scale, but it makes no sense. They left and right are the two sides of the same gynocentric coin. Society does and has viewed men as disposable people, to be used up and thrown aside. Those Bernie Sanders followers have been preaching about how corrupt the Democratic party leader is and how the Democratic party has it in against Bernie Sanders for a long while now. How convenient it is for her to step out now as leader after the damage of manipulating the democratic primaries have been already done now. Hilary Clinton should even go to jail at this point because of those da*n e-mails she did that put America in danger. I guess that Hilary Clinton has another reason go win the U.S. election now, because if she doesn’t, I am sure that Donald Trump would make sure that Hilary Clinton would go to jail for all the corruption and controversies that she has done throughout the years. I guess for Barack Obama, Hilary Clinton is his ticket to keep on enforcing everything he ever implemented as president for the next for years to come. He basically wants Hilary to continue his own legacy by prolonging things like Obama Care for instance. I know that Barack Obama is a once in a life time leader who is someone that Hilary can never even match in terms of many leadership qualities. I also read two of his best selling books that he wrote which were “the audacity of hope” and “the dreams of my father”. I guess that he really has no other choice but to choose a person like Hilary to take his place, because it is the only way to continue his legacy without an extreme republican screwing it all up.

I am no fan of Sanders, and think he was just a controlled dissenter now that he endorsed Clinton, but the fact remains the same, the DNC was rigged, Clinton is the Jews choice for our next president, and that is what we will have. You literally cannot be elected president in the U.S. without kissing the boots of Israel. Sanders did not go to the AIPAC summit, Trump and Hillary did…
U.S. is nothing more than a Subsidiary of Israel at this point. Our sovereignty was lost long ago. Our money goes to wars that Israel wants, and straight into their pockets by being the number one recipients of foreign aid since 76, all the while we look the other way in regards to how they treat Palestinians. The U.S. could have built a virtual utopia with all the money spent in Israel’s interest in the last 40 years or so. Or we could have saved and improved many lives in Africa during genocides and famine we have ignored. Ding-ding, correct answer, you win. The Democrats and Republicans are the two branches/wings of the Statist Party. Electing Depublicans doesn’t shrink government; witness George Bush. Government grew under the Klintons too, but it grew even MORE under the Bushwhacker Junior (think Patriot Act, Dept. of Homeland Security, and Iraq War). Clinton getting head in the oval office didn’t steal my money or freedom; in fact, it probably distracted him from both! The Clinton scandals and impeachment were GREAT; they enfeebled the President and sabotaged the government, making it difficult to pass new legislation to ass rape the working man. They were also a positive in that they further reduced public confidence in government! I love to see those numbers go down.
As for me, I’m voting Libertarian, same as I have the last 25 years. I do wish we could vote for ‘None of the Above’ in the Presidential election. Due to the high negatives of both candidates, ‘None of the Above’ might actually get a majority in this election, were it an option. It would be great to see these jackasses defeated by… Nobody… I think that would be wonderful for their egos.
