Stop and frisk was found unconstitutional by a lower court and was never appealed. It isn’t “unconstitutional” until the Supreme Court says so. But when you have a Justice Department run by a Democrat and the Republican law loses in the lower court there is no reason to appeal. My guess is that President Trump would have his Justice Department appeal that decision. From her response, President Clinton would not appeal the lower court decision.
When it comes down to the line it is a unconstitutional action since it is not a warranted search but rather what the cops suspect however it has never been declared illegal by the high courts yet either.
When it comes to Clinton i f~~~ing doubt that she would change it however politically she is correct on that point. Other then this most of her points are f~~~ing terrible.
Just an east coast asshole who likes to curse, If you get offended by words like fuck, cunt, shit, piss, bitch or any racial slurs then you just scroll down.

And to the OP, stop and frisk and Iran? The stop and frisk laws likely prevented many criminal acts
Stop and frisk is unconstitutional and stealing oil from countries you invade is a violation of the Geneva Convention.

Cynicism in an election year? What’s the world coming to? I thought Trump held his own throughout. Hillary just stuck to her old ways and told her lies like she always does. Maybe she was hoping we weren’t watching the debate.

Electoral politics is a fraud. Indians got so excited about Narendra Modo when he was elected. As they expected him to make some big changes. And viola! He didn’t. Same old story across the world repeating itself. Don’t get too excited about Trump and Hillary. I might be wrong but I would assume they will just maintain the status quo when one of them take the reigns
Exactly, just look at how much Obama has done for the common Black person and race relations in general.
If anything it’s WORSE than 8 years ago.
The poverty rate for African Americans is the lowest in history.

Trump or Hilary – gonorrhea or syphilis
I would like to have heard what some of the other candidates had to say. Arguably the most f~~~ed up election in the history of America. If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.

I turned it off when I saw the moderator giving Hilldog the softball questions. I think the fact that the media is so against Trump speaks volumes as to who they want in the white house. And afterwards all the talking heads had to say was:
“Hillary looked like a presidential candidate.”
“Trump didn’t look like a presidential candidate because of his reactions and faces he made.”Basically, Hillary’s track record is so awful that the only positive they get from her is her image.
And to the OP, stop and frisk and Iran? The stop and frisk laws likely prevented many criminal acts, and millions to Iran as a ransom payment. Yea…

AnonymousRemember, Romney won the first debate in 2012 and still lost. Trump can rebound from this. Hell Regan lost the second debate in 1984
2016-09-27 at 8:09 AM#313196Nighthawk. The problem is that while her health is a major factor. The rigging of that debate is more important to point out.
It is better to point out how Trump won on points in that debate, not on a technicality.
Smug lying c~~~
I know. The worst part of her comments is after that the rigged that last trick question. The moderator demanding Trump say that Hillary looked presidential as a way to make him look like a sexist.
Fortunately for Trump, he was able to get out of that trick question. But, Hillary then show how much of a feminist harpy she was. This was the last impression Hillary gave for the debate. The last statements are the comments that will stick in the minds that watched all of the way through the debate.
Meanwhile, the moderator showed how much of a sycophant he was to Hillary, and his last comments showed how much he was against Trump. And Trump appeared both the statesman and the victim of the rigged debate.
Ask any lawyer you know. They will tell you that closing arguments are one of the most important parts of making a case for their side. And in this matter of closing arguments, Trump won. And Hillary and the moderator trashed their closing arguments and that is going to cost Hillary support in this election.

A majority of polls say Trump is the winner. http://www.infowars.com/poll-who-won-the-first-presidential-debate/
The commentators’ reactions are totally predictable — whoever they were for before the debate is who they declared the winner after.
I looked at BBC and Sky News – was sceptical but went with their results as I had seen it dotted around the web. I should know better
although as I have said above….Trump now knows what to expect so will be much better in the second debate anyway

Hate to say it, but watched the first hour and felt trump came off horribly. She kept her cool while he attacked, interrupted and jumped in. You could tell he was being coached not to but he couldn’t resist.
The part I watched, he didn’t come off well. I couldn’t stand to watch any more though, as both candidates suck.
No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.

I’m a big Trump guy, my merch is on order, but I thought he lost.
I didn’t watch it, I listened on Sirius. He spoke when he shouldn’t have, rambled upon occasion, but he was up against two people here. Holt was on Clinton’s side: surely the questions about the Clinton Fdtn., Benghazi and the like were only 5 minutes away… sure…. right? There were times he didn’t answer the question (cyber security) or went off tangentially. Clinton stuck to her memorized lines straight off the Communist Manifesto about targeting the wealthy and class warfare and, for once, didn’t sound screechy or pedantic as she is want to do.
I’m reading other stuff that is giving him the win and maybe I need to watch it now to see it but, upon first listening, I thought he lost.
5: I thought she won as well. The problem with Trump is his inexperience in debating one on one. His best point was when he said he would release his tax returns when she releases the 33,000 emails. When she started talking about his business was when he should have counterpunched with her foundation. When the moderator doesn’t bring it up an issue then it falls on you to bring it up.
The commentators’ reactions are totally predictable — whoever they were for before the debate is who they declared the winner after.
Yeah, it drives me crazy to try and watch any analysis after a debate because it’s impossible to get a talking head to give any real analysis. I’m starting to think the world would end if one of them conceded a point, ever.

I bought this German audio book some 10 years ago:
“Donald Trump” – “Wie man reich wird” (How to get rich)
AND I LIKE IT.
So I guess he is “qualified enough” to run your country…
As a German, I can’t vote for him, but I give him my best wishes.
What happens when a tuna fish runs a country: Just look at Germany. The fish is doing things even without permission of her ruling party. Smells like dictatorship to me.
No wonder: In private life, the life with a woman is also a life under dictatorship rule. Or is it more like martial law?
In July of 2018, this honey pot forum was sold out to an unidentified NPC sock puppet and troll organization. Most independent thinkers and writers migrated to other MGTOW forums as a result of the never-ending infighting and deliberate trouble starting caused by members who were given "carte blanche" by the admin to do whatever they want. Before my departure, I only left a few thousand cat pics here to comfort and ridicule the feminist owners who now run this place. Their background agenda is to make MGTOW look like a club of losers the public eye. And during the course of 2019, they actually managed to destroy almost all other MGTOW venues as well. Here is the truth about "theindependentman.org" aka "TIM" which was created as an extended workbench to further divide the community. When you register, they install a spyware Zombie cookie on your browser that does all kinds of things the user does not know of: http://www.filedropper.com/essay-on-the-removal-of-malware-cookies-used-by-tim (.pdf file)

My breakdown, after watching the whole thing:
Trump shouldn’t have rambled in quite as much, I don’t know why he had to say Sean Hannity’s name 10 times in 5 minutes, but he kept repeating himself way too much about the start of the Iraq war.I can’t stand Hilary’s voice. If she had talked much more my brain might have broken.
My position is the same at the end. Don’t vote for any Republicans or Democrats. Don’t vote for any incumbents. It is time to tip the scales away from the duopoly that provide these 2 terrible choices.

Did Hillary have her earpiece in?
The “Key issue” debated was Trump. The “moderator” and Hillary did nothing but tag team him on idiotic Dem talking point crap.
Trump wasn’t a knockout but he stood toe to toe not giving an inch with someone who is a 30 year veteran of politics ans supposedly the most qualified person ever.
Good press, bad press the telling thing on how TERRIFIED the feminist, progressive SJW camp is they can’t stop talking about Trump.
Next time he needs to expand upon his best first 20 min and expand that to the rest of the time.
I think yesterday was just a learning curve for him. He now knows what to expect and will massively improve

I don’t trust the mainstream media to tell me how it went but from going across more right leaning blogs it does seem Trump lost which is a surprise to me.
Maybe Trump thought he was just going to walk it and didn’t expect to come up against the political robot that Hilary is so he was caught offguard.
I expect a much better showing next time around

Trump seemed strong.
Stood his ground.
Should have pressed her harder on the emails. .I can assure you, Trump is only holding back because this is the first debate. It is the last debate that S~~~ will hit the fan. He will hit her with cannon fire and level her where she stands. There will be nothing that Trump won’t be able to shoot down from her. I think she is ill with more than walking pneumonia. I think she is more seriously ill than that and it will show as time goes on. Trump will be much better prepared in the future and will have more experience than he does even now. I know that he did well in the Primary debates but a one on one debate is different.
Another strange thing I have noticed is that no one has brought up examples of her temper. Such as the Secret Service agent’s book describing the time he was on her detail. He describes many instances of her temper. Then there was the time when a security guard at an airport stopped her convoy. She got out of her vehicle and began screaming at him for stopping because she is too important to be so inconvenienced in such a manner. That one person, man or woman, who should not have the nuclear codes at her disposal.
Women's brains and vagina have one thing in common. There is nothing in there until a man puts something in there.
